Artist Talks & Receptions
We are happy to offer our visitors the chance to meet our international artists and exhibition jurors at our monthly Artist Talk & Reception. This programming offers the public the chance to hear the artists speak about their work and their creative process and to connect with the Center’s photography community at the receptions. Snacks, beer from Odell Brewing Co. and wine are offered for donations benefiting the center. This does not always happen on the First Friday of the month, so be sure to check our schedule above! Admission is free, everyone is welcome.
First Friday | Gallery Walk
The Center participates in the community wide Gallery Walk on the First Friday of every month, by staying open until 8:00 for visitors of all ages. Occasionally our Main reception with talks and libations falls on this same day and sometimes it is on a different Friday during the month. Be sure to check the above schedule or sign up for our event emails at the top of the page. Admission is free, everyone is welcome.

The Center for Fine Art Photography offers a range of workshops for the novice photographer to the advanced professional. All classes are limited to a certain number of attendees to maximize your learning experience.
A review of the Speedlight class with Tom Bol
I just wanted to send a note to tell you how much I enjoyed the workshop on Sunday Feb 17th, with Tom Bol. Tom is so entertaining, welcoming, has such a wealth of knowledge and is great teacher. I drove down from Montana, 500 miles, and would do it again ! Tom made everyone feel comfortable, including the young model. Tom’s wife Cree was also a joy and helpful to have join us for a time. Your staff member Chris was great too. I’m looking forward to future workshops.
