Tom Bol will present his his work creating adventure sports images from around the globe. He will discuss the special logistics of this type of shooting, and share some techniques he uses to capture original angles and perspectives. He will also talk about his recent work using flash to create unique adventure sports images.

Tom's assignment work has ranged from documenting the Denali climbing rangers on Mt. McKinley to swimming with sharks capturing sea kayakers in Honduras. National Geographic Adventure listed him as one of "50 of America's Top Visionaries" for his photography, and Nikon, Bogen and Elinchrom regularly feature his work. He is an editor at Digital Photo Magazine.
