Julie M. Chung
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Julie M. Chung is a recent graduate of Ithaca College. Who graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cinema, Photography, and Media Arts with a concentration in Still Photography and a Bachelor of Art degree in Art with a minor in Art History.
Artist Statement:
I am interested in creating a landscape that establishes and
embellishes the relationship between an object and its place; where the light and the mood it creates becomes the foundation of the photograph. Through the
combination of fog, ice crystals, rain dripping down, and natural
light sources, the surface in which these elements land on becomes a
landscape in itself.
