Peggy is a full-time professor of photography at MiraCosta College and a working artist. She received her Master of Fine Arts Degree in Studio Art from University of California Irvine. Jones’ personal work incorporates analog, digital imaging, and lens-less or pinhole photography.
More recently she has been working with sculpture and photography with a message of environmental concern. Vortex Plastqiue of which the Highway 80 series is a part, is art of and about plastic in the environment.
