Calls for Entry - ASMP Exhibition - The Center for Fine Art Photography

The American Society of Media Photographers in collaboration with The Center for Fine Art Photography will present an exhibition of work created by ASMP members.

Media: Photographers working in all still-photography media are invited to submit their images to the call for entries. Membership in The Center for Fine Art Photography is not required.

Eligibility: The exhibition is open to all domestic and international, professional photographers working with digital or traditional photography or combinations of both who are ASMP members or become an ASMP member prior to the deadline for the juried call for entries (March 4, 2008). ASMP membership includes General, Associate (Emerging Associate, Student) and Affiliate Members.

Juror: Kirsten Rian is an independent curator working with some of the worlds best photographers, and is active in the international photography community. She has coordinated more than 375 exhibitions, and 65 books and catalogues.

Exhibition and Awards:
With selection for this exhibition, artists and their work will be seen by an international audience of collectors, curators, art consultants and others who appreciate the fine art of photography.

• Juror’s Selection award: $500
• Director's Selection award: $300
• Gallery Visitor’s Choice Award: $100
• Two Artists’ ShowCase Online subscriptions – the Center’s new online image marketing website (preview at www.artists-showcase.org)
• All exhibitors are also included in the Center's online gallery
• Inclusion in the Center's 2008 Exhibition Collection CD which is distributed to selected galleries, collectors, design houses and corporations world wide
