Six
Colorado photographers
will be chosen to
display their six-image
portfolios in the
Center’s gallery
for this special
exhibition. The
date of the Colorado
Photographer’s
Exhibition is October
2– 6, 2007.
The opening and
reception is Friday,
October 5 during
the Fort Collins
Gallery Walk.
The Center for Fine
Art Photography
invites Colorado
photographers working
in all mediums,
styles and schools
of thought to participate
in this exhibition.
Traditional, contemporary,
avant-garde, creative
and experimental
works that include
old and new processes,
mixed techniques,
and challenging
personal, emotional
or political statements
are welcome.
Theme:
Open - There is
no specific theme
for this exhibition.
The images should
be from the same
body of work. The
images will be
evaluated as a
body of work, rather
than as individual
images. |

Eligibility:
The exhibition
is open to all
Colorado professional
and amateur photographers
working with digital
or traditional
photography or
combinations of
both.

Larry Padgett,

The Center for
Fine Art Photography
Awards:
All exhibitions
provide opportunities
for artists to
present their work
to an international
audience
of collectors,
curators, art consultants
and others who
appreciate the
fine art of photography.

Six Colorado photographers
will be chosen
to exhibit 6 images
each during
this
special exhibition.
• Juror’s
Selection award:
$300, plus their
selected portfolio
published in Artists’
ShowCase,
the feature section
in CameraArts
magazine
• All
six photographer’s
will have at least
one image selected
for Artists’
ShowCase
and
will receive a
1-year subscription
to Artists’
ShowCase Online,
the Center’s
new online
image marketing
website (preview
at www.artists-showcase.org).
If already
a subscriber,
the subscription
will be extended
an additional
year.
• All exhibitor’s
works will be
included in the
Center's online
gallery
• All exhibited
work will included
in the Center's
2007 Exhibition
Collection CD
which is
distributed
to selected galleries,
collectors, design
houses
and corporations
world wide
Entry
Fee
-
The entry fee
for this call
for entry is $55.00
for Members and
$65.00 for Non-Members
for each body
of work (6 images).
- There
is no limit on
the number of
bodies of work
(6 each) that
may be submitted.

The annual Membership
dues is $45.00
through May 31;
$57.00 as of June
1, 2007. Photographer’s
signing up for
membership at
the time of entry
will be charged
the Member entry
fee.
