There are hundreds of virtual galleries. The Center is an organization that has achieved the reputation for being passionately dedicated to promoting the art of photography. The Center's goal is that Artists' ShowCase becomes the "go to site" for those interested in purchasing a wide-range of fine art photography. To achieve this reputation the Center actively promotes Artists' ShowCase Online to those who purchase or influence the purchase of your art.

You Manage Your Portfolio
It's easy for you to manage your portfolio. With your subscription to Artists' ShowCase Online you can have up to 45 images in your portfolio. You can change images at your discretion. When you upload new images, they are first previewed by the Center and then released to your portfolio. New images are released within 48 hours - usually within 1 hour if during working hours. The preview process is to avoid the insertion of blatant pornographic or inappropriate images. This review is for the protection of all artists exhibiting their portfolios and the Center. Once images are approved, you can manage them within your portfolio without further interaction with the Center.

The Sales Process
To expedite the sale of your work, the artist is automatically notified by email when their works are sold. The artist is provided with the buyer's name, contact and shipping information. The artist ships the work to the buyer. The Center holds payment for your work in an escrow account. The Center pays the artists 30 days after the artist confirms the work is sent to the buyer. (Buyers have 21 days to return the work - undamaged.) The Center pays the artist the sale price of the work, less a thirty percent (30%) commission.

Terms of Subscription

• Artists must be a member of The Center for Fine Art Photography. (If not already a member, you can become a member during the subscription process for Artists' ShowCase Online.)
• Artists price their work without frame or matting.
• The artist is expected to ship the purchased unframed work within 21 days of receiving the order, or to notify the buyer and the Center.
• Artists must contact the buyer by email or phone to confirm delivery requirements.
• Artists are responsible for confirming Buyer's receipt of their work, either by email, courier tracking confirmation, etc.
• Artists will notify the Center when the work is shipped to the Buyer.
• Artists will provide a 21 day return guarantee with the sale of the work.
• Buyer will be required to notify the Center if the work is to be returned. The Center will automatically notify the Artist. If the Buyer contacts the Artist, Artist will notify the Center.
• If the work is not returned, the artist is paid 30 days after the work was sent to the Buyer.
  

Pricing
To have a portfolio in Artists' ShowCase Online you need to be a current Member and pay an annual Artists' ShowCase Online subscription fee.

• Membership is $57 per year. If you are not a Member, the annual membership fee will be included at the time you subscribe to Artists' ShowCase Online
• Artists' ShowCase Online subscriptions are for 12 months. Your credit card is billed each month for 1/12 the subscription rate. If the annual subscription is $120, your credit card will be charged $10 each month. All values are in U.S. Dollars.
